SMOKE ALARM SERVICE

Smoke alarm servicing is an annual requirement.This includes on-site cleaning, testing, free battery replacement and expiration checks.

ELECTRICAL SERVICE
$259+
The electrical safety check is a requirement every two years. Our service is carried out in accordance with the Australian Standards AS/NZS 3019 by an appropriately licensed/registered electrician.

*Preauthorised repair limit up to $200 for on-site rectification
*Prices listed exclude gst.
GAS SERVICE
$239+
The gas safety check is a requirement every two years. Our service is carried out in accordance with the Australian Standards AS/NZS 5016 and AS4575 by an appropriately licensed/registered plumber.
*Individual service price listed for up to 2 appliances
*3+ appliances $339+gst
*Preauthorised repair limit up to $200 for on-site rectification
*Prices listed exclude gst.
